			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you're familiar with Utica history, you know about the mansions located in Rutger Park. I have fond personal memories of those structures. As a kid, I lived across the street from Rutger Park and knew the family who lived in those mansions. I  used to play in number 1 and 3 Rutger Park with the family's children three or four days a week. I can still remember the great softball games we would have on the huge lawn in front of 1 Rutger Park.</p>
