Yours truly will be participating in the "Pucks For Posters" event Friday night at the Utica College Hockey game against Elmira at the Utica Memorial Auditorium. I'll be broadcasting live from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., with game time: 7:00 p.m. And, Jeremiah will be a part of a mascot race during intermission!

ConFROGulations to all the bicyclists and volunteers who took part in this year’s Ride for Missing Children. 450 bikes rode 100 miles today and went by our station on River Road in Marcy. Check out pictures from along the ride route.
