Richard Childress Fined For Alleged Attack On Kyle Busch
June 7, 2011 He may be a senior and eligible for Social Security but apparently you don't mess with NASCAR team owner Richard Childress. According to USA Today NASCAR has fined Childress $150 thousand dollars and placed him on probation for the rest of the year after he alledgedly placed Kyle Busch in a headlock and punched him a number of times after Saturday's Truck Series Event at Kansas Speedway.
