It always hurt and the thought of pulling a tooth now makes me cringe. The problem is, when I was a kid, I never just pulled the tooth out quickly; I would wiggle the tooth a lot. I was too afraid to just hold my breath and rip it out. Now, check out this video. This kid in the video takes a Nerf dart blaster, ties a string to the dart, ties the other end of the string to his tooth and fires. It takes the tooth out quickly and seemingly painlessly. That's one way to do it! Should have thought of this when I was a kid.
