I just checked the weather forecast for Baltimore, Maryland, home of Pimlico Race Course, and it looks like a great day for horse racing. The forecast calls for partly sunny conditions, high about 83, cooling down to 68 degrees by early evening. So, looks like the mudders have no real advantage.
