December 3, 2012 Mark and Cindy Hill are the Missouri couple who won the big Powerball jackpot. They chose a lump sum of $192.5 million and will receive $136 million after taxes. Cindy is a laid-off office manage and says her husband didn't believe they'd won until he saw the wining numbers for himself.
