			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It's not what you would call "good parenting" or "role modeling" but some parents are helping their kids lie about their age to get on <a href="http://www.facebook.com" target="_blank">Facebook</a>. <a href="http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-205_162-20128363/many-parents-help-kids-lie-to-get-on-facebook/" target="_blank">CBS News</a> recently cited a <a href="http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/index.htm" target="_blank">Consumer Reports</a> study that found that of the 20 million minors who use <a href="http://bigfrog104.com/tags/facebook/" target="_blank">Facebook</a> over one third were under 13 and a quarter were under 10 , this despite Facebook's policy of blocking anyone under 13 years of age.</p>
