The nightmare is not over yet for NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Tony Stewart. It was decided today that the case will move to the decision of a Grand Jury. The case I am referring to is the death of Kevin Ward Jr. who was hit by Stewart back on August 9th in Canandaigua when he exited his car after a wreck. The decision came from Ontario County District Attorney Michael Tantillo.
