And then there were four.  One week before the semi-finals on 'Dancing With the Stars,' one more star was sent home.  To no ones surprise, it came down to Rob Kardashian, who has shown improvement week in and week out, and Nancy Grace, who should have went home weeks ago.  So who got the boot?

There may be less celebrities left on 'Dancing With the Stars,' but there's more work to do. Last night it was the return of the instant dance. After each star finished their individual dance, they had to pick their music live, and learn a dance to it in 20 minutes...

And then there were five.  'Dancing With the Stars' capped off Halloween week with a nasty trick.  Nancy Grace and David Arquette were the two stars left standing at the end of the night.  So who went home?

Oops!  Nancy Grace suffered a wardrobe malfunction on ABC's Dancing With the Stars.  Cameras quickly cut away while she readjusted her dress after her quickstep.  Host Tom Bergeron joked 'On the European version that would have been perfectly fine.'  Judge Bruno Tonioli called the dance a 'bit top-heavy at times' and said 'I got an eyeful! I couldn't miss that.'  Grace's slip didn't affect her sco
