Cooperstown's Legends Game Returns On New Date

The fifth annual Hall of Fame Classic weekend will be held on Memorial Day Weekend, May 24th-26th, celebrating the historic bond between our nation's military and National Pastime. The Cooperstown Legends game will be held on Saturday, May 25th at Doubleday Field. The game will feature 6 Hall of Famers and 20 other retired MLB Legends.

For the first time since 1996 the Baseball Writers’ Association did not vote a new player into the Hall of Fame. Wednesday’s ballot included controversial stars such as Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, and Sammy Sosa. Craig Biggio came the closest falling just 39 votes shy of induction.
