A suburban Syracuse man, Edwin Bobbette Jr of Fabius, won $1 million dollars in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery with a ticket purchased on August 21 in Pompey. According to YNN Bobbette correctly picked 5 winning numbers but not the Mega Ball for $250,000. However, since he chose the muliplier option his winnings rose to a cool $1 million.
