I'm always fascinated with Niagara Falls and thought it would be interesting to share with you photos of when the mighty Niagara Falls on the American side were shut off in 1969.
February 28, 2012 One of the wonders of the world is right here in New York State...Niagara Falls. And if you've ever visited the falls as our family has, you may have taken a cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist, at the foot of the falls. Now, apparently the Canadian company that runs these tour boats has been outbid by an American company, so it sounds like there may still be some kind of boat service below Niagara Falls.
