Luke Bryan has been on the road with Jason Aldean as of late, and recently, the pair hit Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, where Bryan took a creative turn by sitting down at a piano to cover Brit pop songstress Adele‘s ‘Someone Like You.’ Take a look at the video below and you’ll notice that the audience was pretty keen on the ‘Country Girl (Shake It for Me)’ singer’s choice of an unconventional cover song.
The time is nearing where the cold weather will be turning slightly warmer, which means it’s the perfect time for a new Luke Bryan ‘Spring Break’ EP! Bryan’s latest hot release ‘Spring Break 4 … Suntan City’ will hit stores on March 6.
At Saturday night’s Jason Aldean My Kinda Party Tour show in Champaign, Ill., one fan was trying to have his own kinda party — but he wasn’t able to stay in the audience long enough to see it to a good close. With Aldean at the back of the University of Illinois assembly hall to join Luke Bryan on an acoustic set, the drunken fan began losing his cool, which is visualized in the video below. Country radio station B104 was in attendance at the show and came back with the juicy details.

Luke Bryan just wrapped his latest headlining trek on the 2011 CMT Tour. Prior to that, he spent several months on the road with Tim McGraw, following that run with his own Farm Tour this past fall. Now that the holidays are approaching, Bryan will get some much needed downtime to spend at home with his wife Caroline and their two young sons — Bo (3) and Tate (15 months) — and he admits that balancing life and career can sometimes be overwhelming.
Josh Thompson made a lot of new friends when he opened up for Luke Bryan at the Utica Aud a few weeks back and they'll be happy to hear that he has a new album coming out next year. He is currently putting the finishing touches on it and is proud to say that he wrote every song on it. The first single will be "Comin Around" and I thought you might enjoy a sneak peek at him performing it earlier this year.
You could call this week's Utica - Rome Top 5 songs, the Top Southern-Rock Tunes. The top 4 could all be labeled country-rock. Number 1 was a run away winner in the voting, but songs 2 thru 5 were separated by just 1 p
Luke Bryan's show at the Utica Aud set a record for the most tickets sold for a Utica College concert series. He played to thousands Saturday night. Although I wasn't there, I heard Luke and Josh Thompson rocked the house with all their country hits. But country isn't all Luke can do. At a recent show he took on Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance.' And he knew most of the words. I'd suggest sticking to country Luke. Check out the video
