Losing weight is a common New Year's resolution. Although it's a good idea to become healthier, it isn't very realistic. Most exercise for the first few months or even weeks into the New Year before quitting. Why? Because exercising isn't fun. If it was, more people would do it. But what if you could make working out fun? Combine laughing and exericse. Now that may be something worth doing. It's a reality and it's called laughing aerobics. You laugh every time you move. It's funny at first, but I think after awhile this could get on youyr nerves. You be the judge.
