September 3, 2011 Most of us look at Labor Day weekend with mixed emotions. We like the fact that it is a three day weekend but a little saddened by the realization that summer is pretty much over. Sara Evans, on the other hand, looks forward to it for both reasons. She likes the long weekend aspect of Labor Day weekend but also likes the fact that summer is over. Sara says the latter feeling is based on her childhood growing up on a farm.
