The years always seen to cloud the memory but I believe it might have been 2002 or so when we featured Joe Nichols at a Big Frog 104's "Listener Appreciation Party" at the Silverado Inn in Herkimer. Joe was just coming into his own with his second album "Man With A Memory", a collection that yielded several big hits.
