CNY Man Dies Of Head Injury During Motorcycle Helmet Law Protest
July 3, 2011 It is one of the most hotly debated issues amongst motorcycle riders, law enforcement and insurance carriers. Should riders be required to wear a helmet. Saturday a Parish man was tragically killed when his bike flipped over and he hit his head on the pavement during a helmet law protest in the Town of Onondaga near Syracuse.
