The Business Wire reports that the average reward for a lost tooth rose 15% between 2011 and 2012. The average amount varies depending on the order of tooth loss.

Is it just me, or is the dentist's chair the worst place to sit? I guess it all depends on your childhood experiences. My daughter loves to go.
