State Crop Report A Mixed Bag

It has been a long hot and dry summer that has taken its toll on some crops throughout New York State. The USDA in a report cited by CNYCentral.com says that the expected crop yields for soybeans, oats and dry beans are expected to be higher those for winter wheat and corn for grain are expected to be lower. Locally the crop report has been just as mixed.
