In other words, there are a number of methods one can explore in an effort to stop the craving. However, a Sacramento, California woman has come up with what she thinks is a sure fire way to kick the habit. It's called "slap a cop, get arrested and thrown in jail". How does it work?

Cigarettes Most Shoplifted Items

The old "five-finger discount" is apparently back with a vengeance. According to the Huffington Post, 19 out of 20 retailers have reported shoplifting losses over the past year, up from 16 out of 20 in 2007. What's more some 2/3rds of shop owners report an increase of thefts in the last 12 months. The number one most shoplifted items are cigarettes followed by energy drinks and high end liquor. The Utica Police Department (UPD) posted an entry on its Facebook page reporting the theft of a manhole cover and the attempted theft of a second. The UPD was alerted by the Utica Department of Public Works (DPW) of a manhole cover theft on Water Street in the city and an attempt by two men in a pickup truck to steal another on Erie Street. Why would anyone want to steal a manhole cover?
