Craig Morgan's Arctic adventure has begun and he's sharing his experience on Facebook. Craig arrived in Stockholm Monday for the annual Fjallraven Polar dogsled race. Yesterday was an education day and he got to ride a sled pulled by a reindeer, the way indigenous Sami people 'have done if for centuries.'

Craig Morgan is going to the end of the Earth - literally. He's north of the Arctic Circle to participate in the annual Fjallraven Polar. Morgan and 19 other mushers will be heading out today on a 5 day, 200-mile dogsled race. I guess that explains the beard. He needed something to keep his face warm.

Craig Morgan has been honored by the state of Tennessee. The country music star, award-winning TV host, and Middle Tennessee native joined members of the 108th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee on the House Chamber floor at the State Capitol for a reading of House Joint Resolution No. 540. The Resolution honors Morgan as a distinguished citizen of the state of Tennessee for his notable military service, charity initiatives, and the impact he has made through his many musical contributions.
