Country Classic Double

We're going way back today on our "Country Classic Double" at 11:30 a.m. with Ferlin Husky and his number one song this week in 1957, "Gone". We follow it up with Don Gibson's number one on this day in 1958, "Oh Lonesome Me" (talk about classics)!

Today, we begin our "Country Classic Double" with Willie Nelson and his number one country hit in 1982 "Always On My Mind". On this day back in 1982, the song entered the Top 40 Chart, where it peeked at number five.

Today we're featuring brothers and sisters on our "Country Classic Double" at 11:30 a.m. We begin with a number one song for the Everly Brothers (Don & Phil) on the country charts  in 1958 "All I Have To Do Is Dream", which also hit number one on the pop charts. We finish the double with the Forester Sisters' number one in 1985, "Just In Case".
