Granted it hasn't been a typical upstate New York winter with tons of snow and prolonged cold snaps but most of us would agree that we are ready for a change in the weather. The National Weather Service (NOAA) is predicting temperatures in the mid to upper 50's today and Thursday then, after a brief cool down, more of the same for Sunday and Monday. This means we need to be on the lookout for the symptoms of"spring fever".
