An anonymous "Secret Santa" gave away $20 thousand dollars of his own money, mostly in $100 bills, to needy residents of the economically hard hit city of Reading, Pennsylvania Tuesday night. According to the Reading Eagle the "Secret Santa" was accompanied by police to various locations such as shelters, goodwill shops and bus stations.
