May 1, 2011 The storybook wedding of Prince William and Catherine "Kate" Middleton was a grand and colorful occasion. So grand it seems that many people both here in the United States and in England think that he should be that country's next king. Queen Elizabeth, the reigning monarch, is 85 years old and, bless her soul, seemingly fit and healthy. Her son Charles, the Prince of Wales, is next in line but there has been increasing sentiment expressed that his son William should receive the crown when Elizabeth either passes away or voluntarily steps down.
