Utica Boilermaker Flyover To Return [VIDEO]
May 12, 2011 One of the most exciting moments of the Utica Boilermaker post-race party, the fighter jet flyover, is slated to return this year after a one year absence . According to a story in the Utica Observer Dispatch the military has granted permission for the flyover subject to the availability of active duty personnel.
