Last week after a night of sub-zero temperatures I noticed a stray cat in my neighbors driveway licking snow for hydration. She was disheveled, malnourished and shivering. Miranda Lambert hosted the fourth annual “Cause For Paws” Benefit, which raises nearly $300,000 this year for animal shelters and the Humane Society of East Texas.
