Ronnie Brower once weighted 675 pounds, but thanks to blood, sweat, tears and Taylor Swift, he's lost 425 pounds. The Syracuse native listened to Swift during his daily workouts where he 'kept cruising. Can't stop, won't stop moving' and the weight fell off. Now his friend Joe Bufano is fulfilling a promise he made - to take Brower to see Swift after he lost 400 pounds. They are off to her June 3rd show in Cleveland but Bufano hopes Brower can meet his weight loss inspiration.

Bufano made a video showing Brower's amazing journey, hoping Swift will see it and grant his wish.

Drugs, alcohol and morbid obesity left Brower jobless and unable to leave his home at 675 pounds. Doctors told Brower he wouldn't live to see 35 if he didn't make a change. So he started working out with a hand bike from his home. That evolved to weights from a chair. By day 75, Brower was standing up and down from that same chair. As the weight started falling off, Brower moved from his home to the gym where he started boxing, climbing stairs and even pushing his trainer on a sled. The entire time, Swift's music kept Brower moving. His favorites? "Shake it off," "Red," "Mean" and "Style."

Brower has lost a total of 425 pounds and is living life to the fullest. You can follow his journey on his 600 lbs to Success Facebook page. You can also share Brower's story to help him meet Taylor Swift June 3rd in Cleveland where he can shake her hand.
