Syracuse played a rematch game against Duke last night at Cameron Indoor. With a little more than 10 seconds on the game clock, Syracuse was down two points. 'Cuse senior forward C.J. Fair had the ball and drove to the basket. He put up a shot and it went in. That shot would have tied the game and it appeared as if Syracuse was going to have a chance to go ahead with a foul shot attempt from Fair however, the referees called a charging foul on Fair taking away the points and giving the possession to Duke. Needless to say Syracuse Head Coach Jim Boeheim for Syracuse was not happy. He let the officials know how he felt and for that he received two technical fouls and was thrown out of the game.

Here Is The Play That Caused Coach Boeheim To Lose His Mind:

Here Is What Coach Boeheim Had To Say After The Game Was Over:

With the loss to Duke, Syracuse is now 25-2 overall and are 12-2 in ACC conference play. The good news that came out of this game is that Syracuse played good defense and had a very good game. They were battling it out neck and neck with Duke for the whole game. This game gave me hope that Syracuse is still the great team that they have been all year and I believe with a little work, they will be dominant in the NCAA Tournament.
