First it was Robin Williams. Now another Hollywood icon, Sylvester Stallone, may be heading from the big screen to the small one (unless you a 55-inch screen TV) in a proposed "Rambo" series. It looks like a definite possibility.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that the a possible series is now in the discussion phase and that Stallone is involved.

Stallone is in talks to participate on a "creative level" and potentially reprise his iconic role as Rambo.

The original "Rambo" feature film was released in 1982 with several subsequent sequels. The question would have to be would Sly have enough time for a weekly TV series in his busy film schedule. No word yet on when the show might begin development.
