Strange Orb Captured Over The Skies Of Syracuse

On February 1st, around 2PM something strange was photographed over the skies of Syracuse. The photo shows what appears to be an orb in the sky during the daylight. 

These photos were posted to MUFON on February 2nd. The poster captioned them with this report:

I was at work and took a pic of the sun like I always do. DIDN'T NOTICE THE orb when I took the pic, but saw it after the fact . I got two good pics of what looks like a orb with lights or windows ."
