Stars We’ve Lost Due to Drugs or Alcohol – Top 15

The death of Whitney Houston is shocking, but not surprising considering her history with drugs. PopCrush is reporting she drowned in the bathtub. Whitney was taken Xanax and could have passed out while in the bath.
Houston’s stylist, hairstylist and two bodyguards were in Houston’s hotel room at the time of her death. When they realized she’d be in the bathroom for over an hour and needed to get ready, they knocked on the door. When Houston didn’t answer, her female hairstylist went into the bathroom to check on her.
By the time Houston’s body was discovered, any attempts to revive her were too late. The world has lost a beautiful voice. But we’ve lost a number of talented stars due to drugs and/or alcohol.
