Looking to own your own town? It's a pretty big responsibility being the mayor, chief of police, garbage truck driver, and bar owner. Are you up for the task?

According to the Rapid City Journal, Lance Benson currently owns the unincorporated town of Swett, South Dakota. He's looking to sell the entire village for $400,000. No one said buying a town would be cheap!

When you buy Swett, you also by the town's bar, three trailers, a house and over six acres of land. Benson and his wife are currently the only two residents of the town so you won't have a ton of neighbors.
