So This Happened In North Utica…

While headed to work the other day Luke Austin happened across this interesting scene.

Seriously this is something you don't see every day. I was headed to Rome on Thursday night to broadcast live, and as I came up to the Rt 49 exit ramp on the Arterial in North Utica I saw a truck where trucks aren't supposed to be.

Somehow the driver managed to get his truck up onto the concrete barrier on the side of the road.
