Skydiving Goes Wrong: 80-Year-Old Granny Falls Out Of Harness [VIDEO]

If you've ever thought about skydiving, like I have a time or two, you may want to reconsider after you watched what happened to Laverne, an 80-year-old grandmother who decided to take the plunge.

The woman had been planning the trip for a decade but when she finally left the aircraft with her instructor, her harness slipped. She was left dangling from the tandem jumper as she hurtled towards the ground at 125mph. The cameraman -- a separate jumper filming the whole experience -- came over to help as the pair get into difficulties.

Luckily the woman was able to hang on to avoid a fatal accident.  Watch the harrowing ordeal.
