Sheriff’s Avoid Udder Disaster at Hotel in Central New York
Otsego County Sheriffs deputies avoided an 'udder disaster in the town of Hartwick as 3 calves were seen at a hotel after they 'herd' there were vacancies.
Deputies were dispatched to a trespass in progress complaint at the Comfort Inn and Suites. 3 suspects who were grazing on the property were detained. They must have realized the grass was greener on the other side of the fence.
Deputy Grimes took one into custody while Deputy Kimmerer spoke to the others, explaining the error of their ways.
All three juvenile delinquents were returned home with a warning.
