Shania Twain is back in a big way.  Next Thursday she's in Hollywood to get her star on the Walk of Fame during a ceremony with Bo Derek.  Her star will be at 6270 Hollywood Boulevard, in front of W Hollywood Hotel.

Then the next week Shania will return to the annual CMA Musical Festival in Nashville after a 15 year absence.  She'll be on hand for the second day of next months four day event.  Shania will meet fans and sign copies of her autobiography, "From This Moment On." I'm currently reading her story and I'm amazed at what's she's been through.  I knew she had a tough childhood, but I had no idea how tough.  I haven't finished the book yet.  I'm at the part just before she hits it big with "Any Man of Mine," just after meeting Mutt Lange.  Once I'm done reading I'll pass along all the details so you can decide if you want to read her story too.

Shania is looking forward to the CMA Music Fest this year and is excited about "connecting with the fans who have been so supportive through the years."  She says its also about meeting some of her friends in the country music community, she hasn't seen in awhile.

In addition to her book signing, Shania will host a private brunch.  While she was on Oprah, she invited the entire audience to be her guest at the event.

CMA Music Fest is June 9th-12th in Nashville and draws country fans from all over the world.  Over 130 thousand attend each year.

ConFROGUlations Shania!  It's nice to have you back.  Now, hopefully we'll have some new music to play soon.
