Say goodbye to the Coffee Coolata at Dunkin Donuts.  The surprising announcement came yesterday at the company headquarters in Massachusetts.

The senior vice president of brand marketing for Dunkin told yahoofinance.com the coffee coolata will be replaced this summer with the new Frozen Dunkin Coffee.  Chris Fuqua said the new frozen coffee will appeal to a different type of customer than the coffee coolata.

Starting March 27th you can enjoy the Coconut Crème Pie flavored iced coffee with vanilla, coconut and sweet pie crust flavors or the Butter Pecan flavored iced coffee with butter roasted pecan and sweet cream flavors. Both can be enjoyed hot or iced and in any coffee, latte or macchiato.

Dunkin will also introduce fruited iced teas featuring freshly-brewed Black tea or 30% Rainforest Alliance Certified Green Tea mixed with real fruit juice and topped with real pieces of fruit. Fruited Iced Teas will be available in two flavors, Mango Pineapple and Blackberry.

Hot winter beverages will turn to frozen, including Original Hot Chocolate, Dunkaccino, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and Mint Hot Chocolate.
