Sara Evans Teaming Up With REO Speedwagon For ‘CMT Crossroads’

If you love music from Sara Evans, and the great 80's band REO Speedwagon, you're in luck. The pair are teaming up for an episode of CMT Crossroads. 

The new episode will tape in Nashville on August 18th and air on Saturday, September 9th at 10PM on CMT. How does Sara Evans feel about rocking out with one of the greatest 80s rock bands? Answer: very excited.

“I’ve been a huge fan of REO Speedwagon for as long as I can remember,” she reveals. “Their songs have been a part of the soundtrack of my life and I’m thrilled to be joining them on stage for CMT Crossroads. It truly is a dream come true!”

This isn't her first rodeo on CMT Crossroads either. She teamed with Maroon 5 back in 2008, and took part in the Joe Walsh and Friends episode in 2012.
