Running The 2018 Boilermaker Just Got Harder

If you are hoping to run the Boilermaker 5 or 15k in 2018, you're going to have to join a waiting list.

That's because according to WIBX950,  the Boilermaker 15k is now officially sold out with all 14,500 15k bibs claimed.

This is the first time in recent memory that the 5k race sold out before the 15k, but now both events are at capacity.

You still have a chance though by joining the Boilermaker 2018 waiting list.

If you join the waiting list, you'll have the chance to claim a bib if someone else has to drop out of the race.

The Boilermaker will also announce their successor to President Tim Reed on June 6.

The 41st Boilermaker Road Race will be held on Sunday, July 8.
