Around Fathers Day people share pictures and stories of their dad's. Valerie Davidson has a different of story about her dad, Patrick Finley from Rome. This is her first Father's Day without him. He died last July after a courageous battle with lung cancer.

The family wasn't going to celebrate Father's Day this year, but then came up with an idea to honor other dads. So they bought 40 Father's Day cards and took them to a truck stop in Fultonville, New York to hand out to other dads.

"My dad drove a tractor trailer for over 40 years. To honor him we gave dad's that couldn't be home, cards in memory of a fellow trucker. Dad to us was a hard worker, or best friend and a hero," says Valerie.
