We've all worked for a boss we didn't like at some point in our lives and wishes we could tell them what we really think. Employees at a Journey's store in the Marketplace Mall in Rochester have one of those bosses and they DID say what what they were thinking by posting a sign on the store, before they all quit.

 The note says:

Dear Jamie, since you decided to say 'Cancer is not an excuse' and think it's OK to swear at your employees like you do all the time, we quit. This is why you can't keep a store manager longer than a year. You abuse your [role] and staff. Enjoy the fact that you just lost a store manager, co-manager, and key holder in the middle of Back to School. Think next time you treat people the way you do. We aren't allowing it anymore. Nikki, Jess, TJ.

The picture was posted on Reddit.com and has almost 2 million views in a week. There are thousands of comments, many from former employees who've suffered the same terrible treatment.

However Gawker says the manager is crying baloney.  She says no one has cancer and it was never spoken about and the employees who quit stole $1000 worth of merchandise.

I'm sure there are two sides to every story and I'm sure it will be investigated to find out the truth.

No one should treat another human being that way, ever, boss or not!
