The 2015 Great American Heart Run/Walk will close several roads into the area. Be advised if you're heading out on Saturday.

* Rt 365 east between Barneveld and Mapledale Road - 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.

* Rt 365 east Mapledale Road and Route 291 - 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

* Rt 291
north between Route 69 (Oriskany Boulevard in Whitesboro) and Route 365 - 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

* Burrstone Road between Old Burrstone Road and Main Street in New York Mills - 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

* Campbell Avenue in Yorkville/New York Mills between Second Avenue and Main Street - 10 a.m. to noon

* Champlin Avenue
between Burrstone Road and Graham Avenue - 8 a.m. to noon.

* Clinton Street in New York Mills between Henderson Street and Burrstone Road - 10 a.m. and noon.

* Main Street
in Whitesboro westbound - 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

* Main Street in New York Mills and Yorkville northbound between Burrstone road and Whitesboro Street - 8 a.m. to noon

* Mohawk Street in Whitestown/Marcy between Route 49 and Main Street

* Elm Street, Young Avenue, Fairway Drive, Winchester Drive, Pulaski Street and Prospect Street in New York Mills and Cross Street in Yorkville - from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

* Traffic to St. Luke's Hospital can gain access from the north on Champlin - 8 a.m. to noon.

* French Road Ramp off Route 12 Arterial closed

*Traffic to Slocum-Dickson Medical Center enter from French Road

The temperatures for Saturday will be in the 30s but since it's only 10 overnight, it may not warm up until the afternoon when the run/walk is over. Just bundle up to stay warm. It's not like we haven't dealt with cold temperatures during a Heart Run/Walk before.
