Add Ritz to the latest cracker recall due to potential salmonella contamination.

Pepperidge Farm voluntarily recalled several varieties of Goldfish crackers due to the possibility of salmonella. Now Mondelēz Global LLC, manufacturer of Ritz and Ritz Bits have done the same. Both may contain contaminated whey powder.

The recall is for Ritz and Ritz Bits purchased between January and April 2018. To see if your crackers are under recall, check the list that includes several different packaging options.

If you have the recalled Ritz crackers, you're advised to throw them away or return them for a refund. You can contact the company at 1-844-366 -1171, 24 hours a day to get more information about the recall, or talk to a Consumer Relations specialists Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm.
