A report in the New York Daily News says star cornerback Darrelle Revis will be traded during the offseason. The league year begins next Tuesday and will kick off a lot of action in free agency and possible trades, including what would likely be a blockbuster deal for Revis.

Conflicting reports name the 49ers and Falcons as two of possibly three legitimate suitors for All Pro corner, while some say neither team is interested in making a deal. A source familiar with the situation claimed in the New York Daily News that Revis is certainly gone and the Jets are going into a major rebuilding phase with the team.
