Remsen Barn Festival for the Arts This Weekend
September 22, 2011 10:10 AM The Frog Days Of Fall begin with an annual favorite – The Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts, or FOTA for short. Every year, Remsen’s main street is filled with craft exhibitors, food vendors, artists and more for a fun-filled stroll in autumn.
The FOTA runs two days; Saturday, September 24th from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, September 25th from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. There’s no admission to the festival, but you may have to pay for parking, depending on where you park.
As someone who has attended the FOTA over the years, I can assure you that you will see dozens of people you know and find lots of items you’ll want to bring home (even if it’s a brick of cheese). Enjoy autumn in the north country this weekend at the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts.
