One of the most historic buildings in Minoa, NY is currently being remodeled. The project is already underway, and a portion of the work will be featured on the A&E Network show called "Operation Build." The current phase of renovations is being assisted by the Syracuse-based company Oneida Air Systems. One of the owners of this historic property, Kristin Jankowski, also works for Oneida Air. She says she was approached by the network to showcase some of the different products her company offers.

According to their website,

Oneida Air Systems, Inc. was founded in 1993 to provide products and technology to smaller wood working operations. Our business is dust collection, nothing else. We are dedicated to the innovative design of industrial grade dust collection systems that help create a safe, healthy, and practical workplace environment.

With the building renovation in Minoa, it's very likely some of the dust that is kicked up from demolition, and reconstruction may be harmful. That is where Oneida Air Systems comes in.

The announcement of the company's appearance on the program was broken by Eagle News Online. According to the article, the owners Kristin Jankowski and Rob Kelsey are note sure what the newly renovated building will be when it's done, but they hope to keep it a place where people in the community can enjoy it. You can see this Upstate New York business featured at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17 on the A&E Network and at 7:30 a.m. on the FYI Network. It's always great to see local companies make the national spotlight. For more information on the Syracuse company you can visit their website.
