Remembering Summer 2012

It was truly a summer to remember. It was long and hot with more sunshine than usual meaning more opportunities to enjoy out door activities. It was the summer of the Olympics, the summer we lost the first man on the moon Neil Armstong, the summer of great concerts at the New York State Fair, the summer of “Dark Knights” and “Avengers” and much more. How hot was the summer of 2012?
According to wunderground.com we had lots of days of 90 degree plus heat.
June—4 days of 90 plus
July—10 days of 90 plus
August-7 days of 90 plus
So even though the summer of 2012 won’t officially end for a couple of more weeks we can certainly say we got our moneys worth from Mother Nature.
