Ready For Saranac Thursday Tonight?
August 11, 2011 11:10 AM Saranac Thursday continues during the Frog Days of Summer. It’s a place where people congregate, stay hydrated (so to speak) and hear great music outdoors. It all starts tonight at about 5:30 p.m. at the F.X. Matt Brewery at the corner of Court and Varick Streets in downtown Utica.
Tonight, enjoy the live sounds of Dusty Puppies. Admission is just $5.00, which includes your first beverage (must be 21 years of age for beer). It’s a good time for a good cause, as a portion of the proceeds goes to the local United Way. As a former tour guide, I have a soft spot for the F.X. Matt Brewery. As we used to say back in my brewery days, “Beer is thicker than water.” Let’s hope for good weather tonight.
