Randy Travis DWI Arrest Update With 9-1-1 Call [AUDIO]

Driving apparently isn't the only thing Randy Travis did in the nude. He also shopped in the buff.  Travis' DWI arrest gets more strange.  According to the Denton Record-Chronical, Travis strolled into a convenience store, with nothing on, to buy cigarettes.

County dispatchers received word of a naked man in his 50s demanding cigarettes in the Tiger Mart and then leaving in a black sports car.  Officers found the vehicle crashed into construction barricades and Travis naked in the road after a witness called 911.  The audio was released to TMZ.

When officers took Travis into custody, he didn't go peacefully.  He reported threatened the officers and refused to take a breathalyzer test.  Randy was charged with DWI, retaliation and obstruction.

Travis was released on $21,500 bond and will appear in court at a later date.  This is the second time this year Travis has been arrested for drinking.  In February he was picked up on public intoxication charges.  The video of his arrest was released.

In addition to his DWI arrests, he’s in a legal battle with his ex-wife/ex-manager.  First she sued him.  Then he fired back with a lawsuit of his own.
